Fees

The standard fee is $200 for a 50 min session. The consultation fee for concession card holders and students is $160, but feel free to discuss the fee with me if it poses a barrier to attending.

With a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from a GP, or letter of referral from a psychiatrist, the Medicare rebate of $124.50 per session for clinical psychology services applies. Please discuss this with your doctor prior to attending therapy. Up to ten Medicare rebates sessions are available per calendar year with a MHCP.

Private health fund extras can provide a rebate for clinical psychology services. A GP referral is not required and the amount of the rebate varies between funds.

I prefer payment on the day and I have Eftpos facilities. I can also provide immediate private health fund and Medicare rebates.

Therapy is free for clients with accepted claims for DVA veterans, car accident victims, and WorkCover claimants.

The consultation fee does not apply when the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
